A career’s worth of thanks, properly bound.
Colleagues past and present each write one short piece - the projects, the kindnesses, the running jokes. More lasting than a card everyone signs in a hurry, and far better than a speech half of them will miss.

Every voice its own page.
Each contribution is typeset as its own chapter - the text on one page, a colour photograph facing it. Your authors' words, authentically reproduced in a format where they can be treasured for years to come.
A kindness I never forgot
The reference he wrote
I was twenty-three and certain I’d made a mess of the interview. Peter wrote a reference so generous I almost didn’t recognise myself in it - then spent a whole lunch hour convincing me every word was true.
He never mentioned it again, not once in twenty years. That was the other half of the kindness. I found out much later he’d done the same for at least three of us, each of us quietly convinced we were the only one.
Half this department is here because he saw something in us first, and stayed to make sure we saw it too.
— Fiona, colleague of twenty years
“Thirty-two years, nineteen voices. He was quiet for a long while.”
“We gave it to her instead of a speech. It was a much better speech.”
“People wrote things they’d never have said out loud. That’s the point of it.”
